Welcome to the Frederick Coaches Coffee email list. The Frederick Coaches Coffee meets four times per year. You will receive emails approximately two weeks prior to a meeting and the day before and after the meeting. Otherwise, we don't communicate with you. 

Our meetings start at 8:30 am and end at 10:00 am. We start and end on time!

Most meetings are on Zoom. We try to meet once per year in person.
