Thank you for signing up to my email.
As many of you know I have been working on my writing for a number of years.
Starting and stopping various projects. Nearly driving myself and my family a little bonkers in the process.. I wouldn't have gotten here without the help from my daughter Danielle and my proofreading friend Sian who both were incredibly patient with me.
Finishing this book was a bit of a journey but it's finally completed, loaded up and will go live on Amazon on my late Dad John's birthday - 17th December. (The paperback will go live on there 18th December).
My Dad believed in me much more than I did in myself and I found the sweetest review on my Author page from him today, it was like a message from above..
It said:
"All her words are fabulous. Everything she writes is worth reading" John Purcell
I have to say there were tears. It's been an exciting and nerve wracking time. That said, it feels incredible to have gotten to this point, to be sending out this email, to know in a few short days my first book will be read by my family, friends and strangers. The support has been fantastic. If you are one of those who have pre-ordered a copy and you like what you read, please feel free to leave a review, it would be much appreciated.
In the next week I will send an email once the paperback is live and after that expect an email roughly every week or ten days to give a little news on how my writing is going, as well as details of the official book launch.
Take Care,
Siobhan x
