Did you get your copy or read Stolen Bride yet? It's been out for a couple weeks now (don't mind me while I huddle in the corner because I didn't tell you on release day).
This was one of my hardest couples to write because of the trauma Aris experiences. Many times in writing, our characters have already experienced some level of trauma, be it emotional, psychological, or physical and we spend the whole book watching them heal and overcome that while growing to love their perfect match. In Stolen Bride, Aris' past is compounded with something that because of who and what he is, not only shakes his foundation but has the ability to completely break him.
When a strong man is confronted with the limits to his strength and power, self-doubt and resistance become nearly insurmountable. I hope you enjoy how Aris and Aniyah navigate these obstacles while their love is put to the test.

Bathroom Musings From An Introvert
Yes, I'm an introvert. This may be a shocking revelation to some. Even my friends don't believe me when I describe myself this way, and I have to remind them I don't need to be silent and insulated when I'm around my people.
Then they accuse me of being extra. The things I put up with. Anyway, all this is to say, when I'm alone doing mindless things, my mind creates scenarios, conversations, a whole story that will probably never make it into a book. I wanted to share one instance of what goes on in my head with you.
I'll paint the scene. Three girlfriends are hanging together after one of them went on a date. All I have is dialogue because that's all my mind was giving.
H: I think I’m going to have a problem. There ain’t no way his exes ain’t coming to check me after losing that dick.
F1: The ride was that good?
H: I don’t know.
F1: I need an explanation.
H: I got so distracted by how beautiful it was. Then I sniffed that bad boy and I was gone.
F2: Didn’t it just have man-funk?
H: I wouldn’t be jonesing the way I am if it was man funk. I swear, when he unveiled that beautiful mushroomed head, I was already a believer. But I got close. I don’t know what is in this man’s diet, but he smelled like food. And nothing sweet or fruity, but the mouthwatering kind that gets your belly rumbling for an all-you-can-eat feast.
F1: Stop lying.
H: Gurl, when I took him in my mouth. Umami.
F2: I don’t know how to feel about this conversation. You straight up sound like a cannibal. That man isn’t food.
H: In my mind, I know that, but once I had him… once I sucked him dry the first time. I couldn’t stop.
F1&2: The first time? Is he still alive?
H: Yeah. He was saved by Lockjaw. But if sucking him is that good, you know all his previous hoes will be fixing to come and check me. I can’t handle smoke, but to get another shot at him, I will.
F1: Are you saying he still wants to see you after you tried to make him a last meal?
H: Yeah! When he came to, he said he asked me if I could make it so he could talk to God again.
F2: Good Lord, now he’s going to be the one checking for your exes.
H: He ain’t got nothing to worry about. None of them got what he did because none of them smelled like him.
F1: Alright, we need to stop discussing your new beau’s dick. You remember we know how to make people disappear. You lucky we loyal bitches or else we’d take a shot at him.
H: The fuck?
F2: Sadly, she’s right. You can tell no one about this man’s come-hither dick. The only reason I’m not thinking of ways to take your place is because you’ve had a long ass string of bad dick and you really need this win. And I’m in your corner. Just…
H: What?
F2: Don’t break your coochie the way you broke your jaw.

I'm working on a couple of rereleases. They will both be available in KU.

Second is Ruin Me. It ended on a cliffhanger in the Savage Bosses anthology but will be a full novel with all the juicy additions I have swimming in my head. I can't wait to unveil who's really after Kent and Madison.
And the big whopper I've kept you guys waiting a year for is the second book in the Kimura Dragons series. With all the projects I've worked on, I've actually been reworking this new throuple's story, but I guarantee you it will be hot 🥵.
