It's Not Supposed to be May

How did I forget April?
I was sure I had written to you last month, but apparently not. April disappeared and now it's the middle of May!
Writing has been slow. In April I managed to write 4k words. This month I'm closer to 7k, and still hoping that maybe I can somehow manage to get 20k written, but we'll see. My stories seem to all be taking a break. Or I finished some of the shorter ones, so I can't work on them. So far I've worked some on
- Nan's Ice Cream Shop
- Katie Wood
- Kelsey
- And a little tiny bit on a few others
On the walking front I'm doing much better. I'm actually at 87 miles right now and am about to head out and walk another mile this cool, foggy morning. My sister is behind me in miles, but that's because I've walked with my BFF some. Anyway, my goal is to reach 100 next week, and get my sister to 100 by the end of the month. We'll see how it goes.
Another thing I've been busy with is blogging! I'm trying to get as many blog posts written and scheduled as I can since I know late June and all of July will be very busy since I'll be working full time most likely, and KDWC will be going on. I need to come up with 8 more blog post ideas for the year. Any suggestions? Ideas? Questions you'd like me to answer? Reply to this email and let me know!
Even if I don't have any new books to tell you about, I do have something fun. Amazon is offering 3 months of Kindle Unlimited for free! This post says you have to be a Prime member to get it, but I'm not a Prime member and I was able to get it! So check it out! My books are all on there, and I have a shelf on Goodreads with books I've read from KU. Not to mention there are authors like:
- Sarah Holman
- Sarah Brazytis
- A.M. Heath
- Erika Mathews
- Chelsea Burden
- Courtenay Burden
- Hannah Foster
- And more
And now I'm off. I need to walk, prepare to teach a writing class tomorrow, work on blog posts (hoping for some ideas from you), and of course reading and writing. I hope you have a great day and a wonderful rest of May. (Even if it's still supposed to be April!)
