Let me tell you about one of the simplest ways to reduce waste from your next party. Traditionally, party invitations are printed on paper and either handed out personally or sent out via snail mail. Just imagine for a moment, how many parties are happening in your closest major city every weekend. Could it be tens? Hundreds? More likely thousands when you consider birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, weddings, graduations and more...

Now, it's estimated that a standard pine tree, with 45ft of the usable trunk and a diameter of eight inches, will produce around 10,000 sheets of paper. Righto, assuming each party invites a minimum of ten people - that's a whole tree's worth of paper!!!

Eeeeek.

There is a way of avoiding this paper wastage - how? By sending an evite! What is an evite? Evites are paperless, digital, party invitations. They come in all kinds of themes, colours and events. Evites can be edited on your mobile phone and texted or sent via your favourite messaging app to all of your guests.

As an added bonus, your guests will have all of the party details right in the palm of their hand, on their mobile device. No more crumpled up invites in the bottom of school bags or invites lost behind the fridge or invites left behind on the way to the party, right when you need that address...
