It's been a wee while since I popped into your inbox. I hope you're going well and the Christmas and New Years season wasn't too overwhelming. I do feel that many of us can get caught up in stories we tell ourselves about how Christmas "should be" or expectations of how our family and friends "should celebrate". So I hope you were able to have a relaxed and connected festive season.

I cannot believe it is February already! I must be getting old because I really do feel like the years are going by ever faster. Cripes...
