The CPM Launch Pad is a fast-track certification program exclusively for UAP Chapter Presidents and District Directors.

This program leads to the Certificate in Project Management (CIPM) under ISO/IEC 17024:2012, recognized by DTI–CIAP–CMDF and the International Association of Project Managers (IAPM).

Once you achieve the CIPM, you laterally qualify—without additional requirements or assessments—for:

• National Recognition as a Certified Project Manager (CPM) in the Philippine Construction Industry (DTI–CIAP–CMDF)
• International Credential as Certified Project Manager or Certified Senior Project Manager under IAPM (processing fees for certificates apply)
