Dear ,

This week is Customer Service Week, and while I'm usually the one offering support and guidance, I want to flip the script for a moment.

I want to appreciate YOU.

For a very long time, I've had the privilege of working with many of families, and each one has left an imprint on my heart. But it's not just about the numbers it's about the individual stories, the late-night texts asking for advice, the breakthrough moments when a parent and teen finally hear each other, and the tears (both of frustration and joy) that come with real transformation.

You've taught me that:

Parenting in the digital age requires courage we never anticipated. You're navigating territory your own parents never had to face, and you're doing it with grace and determination.

Vulnerability is strength. Every time you admit you don't have all the answers, you model the kind of authenticity that helps your teens trust you more.

Small shifts create big changes. The families who commit to the daily practices even when progress feels slow are the ones who experience the most profound transformations.

Here's what I want you to know:

Your investment in better communication and healthy digital habit isn't just changing your family dynamic today it's creating a ripple effect that will impact generations. The teens who feel heard and understood grow into adults who know how to form healthy relationships. The parents who learn to listen without judgment create safe spaces for their children to thrive.

This work isn't always easy. There are setbacks and challenging days. But you keep showing up. You keep trying. You keep believing that connection is possible, even when it feels out of reach.

That kind of commitment deserves to be celebrated.

So during this Customer Service Week, I want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your stories. Thank you for implementing the strategies, even when they felt awkward at first. Thank you for the feedback that helps me serve families better. And thank you for being part of a community that believes families can heal, grow, and flourish.

You are not just my clients, you are my inspiration. Your courage fuels my passion, and your success stories remind me why I wrote that first book, why I speak on stages, and why I wake up excited to do this work every single day.

If you ever doubt whether you're making progress, please know this: The fact that you're reading this email means you care deeply about your family. That care is the foundation of everything good that's happening and everything good that's yet to come.

Thank you for being exactly who you are—imperfect, committed, and beautifully human.

With immense gratitude,
