My husband, daughter, and I recently had great conversations at dinner about the Future of work and AI. My daughter is a student at McGill and has yet to decide what she wants to do or what will be out there when she graduates. It made me think of my clients, primarily midlife professionals, and that they might be considering a career change.

In this week's blog post, I will explore the notion of embracing change and offer guidance on how midlife professionals can successfully transition into AI-related careers. We will also delve into the types of jobs AI creates, providing insights into the diverse range of opportunities available. It might also inspire my daughter, a Gen Z, and all the generations between.
