Ready for Christmas? I'm not quite there yet, but it always comes together in the end.

I am planning Christmas cookie salamis, gingerbread, and the peanut butter chocolate logs my family has made since I was little. A holistic healthcare practitioner making sugary treats? Of course. If we look after ourselves most of the year, there is room for a bit of special indulgence. You can also swap ingredients to make things a bit lighter, which is what I tend to do. A bit of naughty and nice!

Christmas here also means long summer holidays for us Kiwis.

The kids are off school, the sun is out, and I want to soak it up with them.
