Tuck stitch blanket knitting on an LK150 and tube knitting with a ribber

Hi friends,

All 3 parts of the Tuck stitch blanket on the LK150 knitting machine are available on the CreativeTien YouTube channel now.

Part one is knitting the main piece with a simple hand-manipulated Tuck stitch.

Part two is the top and bottom borders. You can simply knit a few rows of plain stitches at the beginning and ending. Once the knitting is done, fold over and sew back to the main part.

Part three is for side borders. Pick up edge stitches to hang back on the machine, and knit stockinette stitch panels at the same time. Then fold over lengthwise and sew.

The latest video is about tube knitting or circular knitting. If you have a standard or bulky knitting machine with a ribber, you can create a seamless tube, and do simple increases or decreases.

Below are links to the videos:

Video suggestions are always welcome. My skills are limited, but I can always keep learning.

I see a lot of interesting sweaters in thrift stores and always want to recreate their stitch patterns. That is probably the next thing to try.

Thank you so much for all the support. Have a wonderful springtime!
