last night the Virtual Summiteers got to do a Post Event Deep Dive with Troy Sandidge an International Keynote Speaker! We went over our June 7th. virtual event. Titled, Conscious Growth Pathways: How To Make Community A Connected Experience.

Here's What We Went Over!

Onboarding Process:

What went well & what I triped over. I forgot how to use BookLikeABoss. Which is sad, because I LOVE BookLikeABoss! I have no idea of where my mind went. So, instead of using BLAB for the event landing page; I used Zoom.

Per Event Interview:

I tried to use OneStreamLive. I setup the Studio, but I couldn't go live. Troy was so very patient with me. We ended up using Zoom, but still used OneStream to multi stream to 9 of my social channels.

The Promotion Of The Event

• The pre event interview was chopped up into 19 video clips. Put into a YouTube playlist and scheduled for distribution throughtout my social channels.

• That same interview was also used as a podcast, then the transcript was used to create an email and a LinkedIn newsletter!

• Facebook and LinkedIn event pages were also used to promote the event.

Durning The Event

• I wished that I could have gave Troy a better introduction. He told me that he was just happy that he got to speak for the amount of time, that I told him he would be allowed.

• Troy, also told me that he LOVED how we do our Q&A's. He said that he also got a chance to learn something new from our attendees and it felt like he got to know some of them as well. The attendees who were there for the event agreed and then basicly said the same thing, that their favorite part was speaking with Troy durning the Q&A session!

Post Event

• Troy told me that he really appreciates my organization when reciving the video files, the emails about the event, the LinkedIn newsletters of the event, the podcast, live multi streaming of the event and communicating via LinkedIn.

• The interview and the event has gone out 2 times each this month of June. There are 3 LinkedIn newsletters, one for each event. That's the Interview, The Event Innovators Insights Session and the Post Event Deep Dive Session. All 3 events have a place to live, YouTube, The Virtual Summiteers membership site and our Master Class site.

• The Interview clips are scheduled to be distribute 9X each throughout a year! Which the clips have links to the full interview and the event.
