Peace be upon you,



Feeling the need for a mental reset, Sara remembered a simple yet effective trick she had read about. She stood up and stretched her arms toward the ceiling. A quick roll of her shoulders released the tension that had settled during hours of focused work.


As she stood there, she decided to take it a step further. Sara did a few exercisesโ€”gentle twists and lunges that invigorated her senses. The act was liberating.


The break worked wonders. Sara returned to her desk with a newfound energy. The next tasks now seemed conquerable.


The quick stretch had not only refreshed her body but had also breathed life back into her creativity.

I always give gratitude for a stretch because it gives me that beautiful relaxed feeling that I take for granted. Alhamdulillah for stretches.


I just did a stretch now and it felt relaxing.
