Peace be upon, !

You might have been in a situation where youโ€™ve set yourself a goal, only to lose motivation and give up on it. This is where group accountability can help!

  • Group accountability is when you join forces with others who are working towards similar goals.

I remember when I joined a group accountability two years ago in January to walk 100km within the same month. I doubted that I could achieve such a huge fit since I haven't done it before.

Though I'd been walking for over a year before the challenge and my body was accustomed to walking for over thirty minutes three times a week.

Joining the challenge opened my eyes to what more my body could achieve.

In that month. I walked 111km to my surprise!

The challenge was easily achieved because of the accountability in the WhatsApp group.

As members posted their kilometer updates, it encouraged me to keep going until the finish line.

Not only does this provide moral support, but having a group of people to keep you motivated and accountable for your actions can help you stay on track, and reach your goals faster and more effectively.

  • Group accountability also gives you access to collective knowledge. By discussing and learning from each otherโ€™s experiences, you can gain unique insights into different strategies that can accelerate your progress.

So, are you ready to give your goals the extra legs they need for the marathon ahead?

Share in the reply the ONE most important goal you need to achieve in 2024.
