While a fixed mindset isn't ready to improve but complain without taking action. It rather stays stagnant than moving. Never wanting to improve. 

As you're becoming a Productivity Pro, learn to upgrade your skills where necessary so that you're always ready for opportunities that require such skills.

Six years ago, I went on a journey of self discovery through NLP which transformed my life 360 degrees. 

If I had put off the opportunity six years ago because the course was expensive, I wouldn't have changed my mindset which gave me the confidence to finally leave my day job to follow my purpose. 

If I had backed out because it was going to be a grueling and intensive seven days of waking up earlier than usual and closing late, I wouldn't have learned how to be disciplined and consistent.
