Peace be upon you,

Developing habits can significantly ease your life as a busy woman professional in several ways.

You can read the first and the second ones you missed from your inbox.

The Third way.

Consistency and discipline:

As an avid reader, I've had a passion for books since childhood (around 5 or 6 years old). Reading is an important part of my dayβ€”I simply cannot do without it! 🀣 It's a love that has stayed with me all these years.

Okay, I digress a bit there. 🀭

Reading has become a habit that not only fulfills my passion but also helps me use my time productively beyond the act of reading itself.

Let me explain.

At the beginning of this year, I came across a book called "The 12 Week Year," and I was intrigued by the concept it presented.

In summary, "The 12 Week Year" is about achieving in three months what you would have achieved in twelve months. It involves breaking your goals down into a three-month framework, ensuring that you complete what you set out to do in less time than the standard twelve months.

You can read more about it here.

Since adopting this concept, I've noticed that I've become more consistent and dedicated to my goals, even when I don't feel like it. Following a well-structured plan with a clear deadline helps me stay disciplined and provides a framework to rely on when I deviate from my goal.

Using "The 12 Week Year" has instilled in me the habit of consistency and discipline, reinforcing my commitment to being productive with my time.

From my story, you can see that habits provide structure and routine that promote consistency and discipline. When habits become rooted, they create a foundation for productivity, ensuring that important tasks and goals are consistently addressed. This consistency helps build momentum and support progress, even during busy and challenging times.

Now, I'm curious about you.

In what area of your life do you seek discipline and consistency? πŸ˜€

I'd love to know, as it will provide me with a different perspective that I might not have considered otherwise.
