Peace be upon you, .π
I remember when I wrote a letter (where you write on the air mail envelope itself and fold) to the United Kingdom to my former principal, Mrs Hurst. I was in my Junior secondary school and excited to write to someone who had impacted my education so much.
You see, Mrs Hurst also doubled as my English teacher who taught me a lot about the language. The most exciting moment for me was when I received a reply from her. How cool was that, right? π€© One of the things that I learnt from that letter and which I remember until now was how it becomes dark at 4pm in the UK during winter.
You task for today is similar to what I did above. π
Here you go.
Day 9: Say a du'a (prayer) for peace and well-being for all humanity.
Since today is Arafah, it's sunnah to fast and make lots of du'a. It's the most important day in hajj. A pilgrim's Hajj isn't complete without going to Arafah.
Read more here about the virtues of observing Arafah even when you aren't on Hajj.
I pray that your effort is accepted on this blessed day and that all your heartfelt prayers are accepted. Ameen. π€²
Don't forget to send "done" when you've completed the task for today.
See you in your inbox tomorrow, in sha Allah.
Yes, I shall send the last email for this challenge on Eid day to wrap it up. Do find time to do it. It's going to be simple as usual. π
To your awesomeness,
