whoa...what happened?

I know it's been a while , so I wanted to reach out.


You signed up for emails about ways to improve your sleep so you can improve the way you feel, think, and perform...


Yet it's been WEEKS (possibly months) since I've emailed you.


I have no excuse other than I dropped the ball.


My day job as a freelance email copywriter for e-commerce companies got so busy that I kept pushing off my SleepHackers writing.


There have been times I considered writing you all a farewell email and stopping altogether, but I care too much about this topic, so if you're willing to hang in there with me, I'm gonna keep writing.


(I'll keep writing even if I have no one on my list, tbh).


Anyway, I have a deep dive on caffeine and sleep lined up next.
