In 1976, six offensive line coaches got together with the mindset of improving their understanding of the game and themselves as coaches.

46 years later, the C.O.O.L. Clinic is the premier clinic for Coaches of Offensive Line, but it truly delivers the core knowledge of what makes the X’s & O’s that are on the chalkboard work on the grass and turf.

The 2022 Clinic will be delivered virtually again, but its director Bob Wylie has added sessions that expand beyond the scope of technique and scheme.

It kicks off with Jon Gruden presenting what he looks for in hiring an offensive line coach. Knowing what to expect and what to prepare for is so important in getting the job you desire, and Coach Gruden will be sharing that knowledge with you.

Coach Wylie has also added a clinician to share the body mechanics of defensive line play. Mike Waufle, who coached Aaron Donald and is now his personal coach, will be presenting on the defensive line. What he shares will be very useful in understanding what an offensive lineman has to deal with so that he can be coached to win in any situation.

Each presenter will have his 90 minute clinic session followed by Q&A. These coaches will hang around and answer your questions. Last year Coach McNally stayed on for 4 hours, so take advantage of the live sessions!
