We are thrilled to share incredible news from the C.O.O.L. Clinic and the Mushroom Society. Jim “Mouse” McNally, a legendary figure in offensive line coaching and a true innovator in our game, has been honored with the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Award of Excellence.

Jim's remarkable journey began in Buffalo as a graduate of Kenmore West High School and the University at Buffalo. Over a career spanning 43 NFL seasons, he redefined offensive line play, helping shape dominant units and mentoring players like Hall of Famer Anthony Muñoz. His influence extended across teams like the Bengals, Panthers, Giants, and Bills, and even beyond his "retirement" as a sought-after consultant and educator.

This prestigious recognition celebrates Jim’s unparalleled contributions to football in a behind-the-scenes role. It’s a testament to his dedication, ingenuity, and passion for the game, which continues to inspire coaches and players nationwide.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame will honor Jim during a special ceremony on June 25-26 in Canton, Ohio. It’s a well-deserved recognition for a man who has not only left an indelible mark on the field but also in the hearts of those privileged to learn from him.
