Coaches from the Top 25 Ranked Teams and Statistical Leaders have been honored by the opportunity to speak at the first ever D3 Top 25 Coaches Clinic presented by Coach and Coordinator Podcast held virtually February 19-22, 2024.  

As a former D3 Coach myself, I know how hard these coaches work at their craft and I also know they are outstanding teachers of the game.

For those of you who feel it’s harder to relate to some of the upper level talks we have on our clinics, the D3 coaches give you something highly relatable as they deal with some of the same issues that you do at your level.

A Clinic Model with the Coach at the Heart of It

The clinic structure is the first of its kind which allows the speakers to participate in the revenue from ticket sales of the clinic in addition to receiving their speaker’s fee, as well as putting the presentations on their own CoachTube channels which they own following the clinic.  

We wanted to create an opportunity for coaches where they are the winners in sharing the intellectual property they create. They have great ideas and are willing to help other coaches in the profession, but the model to this point rewarded the production companies, event companies, and marketers the lion's share. 

This flips the model on its head and rewards the coach for sharing and driving attendance. It’s a crowd-sourced approach to the clinic model, and technology has made it possible.
