We live in a virtual world already, so why not capitalize on the benefits of being virtual by utilizing the best aspects of the virtual world in 2023. 

This is something that St. Charles North (IL) Head Coach Rob Pomazak does with his program

Our work as coaches has evolved drastically, though we are still creatures of habit.

• Padding games
• pencils /paper/highlighters
• Hours upon hours of work

Some of us still live in that work but we have added the data, data, and more data that our systems like Hudl give us.

So the key is to make all of it work for us by figuring out what is essential and more importantly how can we turn it into a game plan?

Rob Pomazak has been working on his own system of tools to create a quality product in the game plan that they use.

He started by asking a set of questions:

How can we…

-Streamline duties to a finite focus?

-Create ownership?

-Create clear expectations?

-Support a collaborative environment?

-Get better practice and in-game results?

-Oh yeah...and spend less time in the office?

He adopted a tech friendly approach to game planning using tools online tools to do the work: 

-Game Plans and practice plans

-Player evaluations and quizzes

-Videos of the game plan for review

-Slides for interactive learning

He and his staff utilized the technology to create a system in which they are more clear, concise, and consistent in their game planning.

He shares all aspects of this including his spreadsheets which are the template for this system.  

One way or the other, the work must be done. Pomazak teaches you how to harness the power of technology to create a better system for your staff and ultimately be more efficient and effective in your work as coaches.
