Here are four ideas to get you started on building your team's culture for next year.

💡Anyone can run them off. Who can get them to play?

As a high school coach, Jeff Traylor built his hometown program into a powerhouse, posting a 175-26 record (.871 winning percentage) and led the Buckeyes to three state titles in five appearances and 12 district crowns.  He was a four-time Texas High School Coach of the Year for Class 4A.

Jump ahead to 2020, in his first year at the University of Texas - San Antonio, he led the Road Runners to a 7-4 record and 1st place in Conference USA West.

This doesn’t come as a surprise to many who know Traylor. Matt Rhule, head coach of the Carolina Panthers said this of him.

“Jeff Traylor is a dynamic, transformational leader who will usher in a bright new era for UTSA football...I look forward to seeing Coach Traylor and his staff bring a championship to San Antonio.”

💡H.Y.P.R.R.” (“How Yours Process Result Response”)

PJ Fleck is known for building cultures and the system he has installed to build his team’s success. Fleck believes this will change your program and you start the process this way. He explains:

Ed Orgeron showed what persistence, hard work, learning and discipline can do for a football program in winning the National Championship. Much like Traylor, he believes that as coaches we need to pull people up when they are down. He explains here:
