The greatest reward for any coach and why we choose to coach is the impact we make on the trajectory in a young person’s life.

 Football has the power to change lives. 

In that spirit, a group of NFL players have launched a 100% Free Summit to give back to the players.

Some great NFL players and trainers at each position are sharing not only ways to get better, but life advice they wish they had or got early on.

These are the same things we preach every day, but sometimes coming from a player that reached the highest level, it just sinks in better.
