WHAT ARE YOUR PROSPECT'S QUESTIONS
This is a great challenge when you start off. And, it stops us from prospecting since we ourselves have so many clarifications.
After we did the OBJECTIONS EXERCISE the change in approach is to be truly appreciated. I am glad that all the 10 participants who finished Phase I of the exercise were confident to handle all questions of their prospects, except 01. Please see the comparison below:
SURPRISED !!! IN ONLY 3 HRS ..... FROM 100 ISSUES THAT WAS " NO, I CAN'T HANDLE IT" TO 41 ISSUES- 40 ISSUES = " YES, I CAN HANDLE IT EASILY"
The 01 question that was brought out that could not be handled is a very valid question and very difficult to answer because we are not aware of - from where do we get this information ?. Because no company will divulge it's internal data. All that we can come to know is from the news.
The Question is:
They are saying Govts. have entrusted them with the responsibility of building Data Centres. What is the proof?
This question was put up by Mr Komath Nair. Thank you, Sir. And numerous other people have asked this. I have attached the PROOF at the end of this mail.
Please Note:
The proof has been obtained from a Government Office - The Director of Industries, District Industries Center, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, which has signed the MoU with Viewnow. (Copy of MoU available)
The Govt has replied to the query
The reply contains very very relevant information - The Project Details, Cost of the Project (if you see it amounts to 960 Cr), the employment potential and Duration of completion of project.
Now, you also know how to get this information.
Do you think your prospect is going to ever speak on this subject again ?
