How are you doing this year? 2020 was a year everyone wished all those things did not happened but alas we are grateful to be alive.
How are your 2021 plans going on or are you in the category of those who say planning ahead is not necessary or could it be that you do not know how to plan?
Planning is very important in the life of everybody but you may be asking why plan the year?
Well when you have a plan on ground, it motivates you to take actions towards meeting the goals you set for the year.
Planning ahead also reduces the uncertainty of future emergencies and builds your confidence because you have a process to follow through in case of unpredicted occurrences.
It is therefore necessary to have a plan on the ground.
