Then, Toby shares his experiences and lessons learned about standing up to bullies and the importance of different figures in his life.

Whether it was through his military experience or the influence of his uncles and Christian Brothers, Toby learned the importance of standing up for himself and others. He also shares stories of successful confrontations with bullies, both physically and verbally.

Toby details his time in high school and his involvement in the forensic society and debate team, which greatly influenced his public speaking abilities.

The episode also touches on his high school days filled with Christian Brothers as teachers and some lay teachers, including a traumatic incident in an English class that taught Toby important lessons about bravery.

We also learn about the touching influence of a happy family he knew, where boys were taught to be men and girls were treated like princesses.

Finally, Toby discusses the significance of returning to his father's grave after his service in Vietnam.
