I wanted to share this really cool exercise that we did today to uncover the area of opportunity we have on our teams to make the biggest impact. Of course, I think watching the whole thing gives you the foundation of what it all means, but if you only have 30 minutes(ish), start at 8:45 and go to the 40 minute mark.
