December can feel like a lot. The pace quickens, expectations rise, and many people with persistent health challenges, chronic fatigue, pain, stress or burnout find their capacity shrinking just when the world seems to demand more.


This Advent Calendar is a soft place to land each day in December.

  • A quiet moment for your body and your nervous system.
  • A space to breathe, feel, and reconnect with what steadies you.


Each day a door opens to reveal two things:

  • A gentle guided mini practice video.
  • A written daily sprinkle with a small, doable self care prompt.


Nothing will be overwhelming. Nothing will ask you to push. Every practice is designed with sensitive systems in mind, rooted in YogaRogue and Befriending Me principles of compassion, pacing, and nervous system regulation.


You can expect:

  • Embodiment moments that soothe or gently uplift.
  • Breath practices that are simple and optional.
  • Micro movements for regulation and comfort.
  • Stillness, pauses, grounding, and soft awareness.
  • Mini explorations through: Self, Others, Nature, Spirit.
  • Practices that fit even the lowest capacity days.
  • Space for rest, reflection and self kindness.


You do not need energy.

You do not need motivation.

You do not need to be well or consistent.

You can come as you are, pyjamas and all.


This Advent Calendar is here to meet you where you are and to walk in fairy steps. If all you do is open one door and breathe, that is enough. If you collect the whole month’s practices and return to them later, that is also enough.
