- do we mix like oil and water?

Howdy ,

Happy New Week.

This week, I promised to unpack the operating system behind everything I do at the Workplace Multipliers Business School.

I call it The Genius Edge Method.

But it's not just something manufactured out of thin air. It is framed from the essence of what drives me as an individual.

I call this my Number One Priority.

What is a Number One Priority?

It's my non-negotiable standard for every choice.

It is the single guiding principle that determines what I say yes to, what I say no to, and how I measure success.

My Number One Priority is the core commitment that:

  • Shapes every major decision I make
  • Defines what "winning" means for me
  • Acts as a filter for opportunities (does this align or not?)
  • Stays constant even when tactics, goals, or circumstances change
  • Reflects both what I am chasing and what I refuse to sacrifice

Most people have goals, priorities, and values—but they're all competing for attention.

Your #1 Priority is different. It's the meta-rule that ranks everything else.

Think of it like this:

  • Goals = destinations you're trying to reach
  • Priorities = the important things on your list
  • Number One Priority = the ultimate standard that decides which goals matter and which priorities get your energy

What is my Number One Priority?

My Number One Priority is High-Leverage Wins — driven by clear focus, repeatable systems, and sustainable momentum — to deliver the outcomes we want, without burnout—for me and those I serve.

High-leverage wins are results that:

  • Move your most important goals forward (not just any goal—the vital few)
  • Can be repeated without starting from scratch every time
  • Trigger 2–3 follow-on wins without extra effort
  • Arrive quickly enough to keep you motivated
  • Fit inside your life without wrecking your health, relationships, or sanity

Think of it this way: low-leverage work is like pushing a boulder uphill every single day.

High-leverage work is like building a machine that rolls boulders uphill while you sleep.

Here's the honest truth:

If you can embrace my Number One Priority, then the rest of everything I will be sharing with you will make sense to you.

If my Number One Priority doesn't ring a bell with you, we are obviously not a perfect fit. Like oil and water, we don't mix.

On the other hand, if you resonate with my Number One Priority, then you are going to love it as I unpack The Genius Edge Method to you.

So here's what happens next:

Over the coming days, I'll unpack The Genius Edge Method step by step—showing you exactly how to turn this priority into measurable results in your work and life.

You'll see how clear focus, repeatable systems, and sustainable momentum come together in a practical, proven framework you can start using immediately.

If this resonates, stay tuned. The best part is just beginning.

If it doesn't, no hard feelings—unsubscribe below, or you can still stay to see what you can catch from the good stuff I am dropping. I will always wish you the best because I believe in your abilities.

Either way, I respect your time and attention.

Here's to high-leverage wins,

Keep winning at work and in life
