I am a real person who types these emails and responds to yours.

Why am I saying this?

One of the first emails new subscribers get is one asking if there's any way I can help. Earlier this week, I had a call with someone who received that email.

He assumed it was from a community manager. But he decided to take a chance and replied anyway, sharing a bit of what he was going through.

I responded and asked if he'd be open to a 30-minute call.

He said yes.

By the end of that call, he had real clarity on something he'd been stuck on for a while. Just because he decided to believe the email was from a real person...and replied.

So when you reply to any email from me, I'm the one reading it. When I invite you to get on a call, I'm the one who shows up.

I should be transparent about one thing: outside of this community, I'm a C-suite executive at a Pan-African real estate and infrastructure company, and I have a family. Which means I may take up to 24 hours to respond...but I will respond.
