Your calendar is not your strategy

Howdy ,

Welcome to week 2 of 2026.

Before you get into the rush, this one is for you.

How do you treat your calendar?

Most professionals treat their calendar like a to-do list.

If it's on the calendar, it must be important. If someone requests time, give it to them. If there's a gap, fill it.

Then they wonder why they're exhausted but not advancing.

Here's what's actually happening: Your best hours are getting spent on other people's priorities.

Email. Meetings. "Quick questions." Reactive work that feels urgent but doesn't move outcomes.

Meanwhile, the work that would actually change your trajectory; the strategic decision, the difficult conversation, the high-value deliverable; keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

This isn't a discipline problem. It's a structure problem.

This week, I'm breaking down the Multiply Time Framework™, how to increase what you deliver without increasing your hours:

Your Monday Action:

What's ONE result you need to deliver this week that would make everything else easier or unnecessary?

Not three priorities. One.

Write it down. Tomorrow I'll show you how to protect the time to actually finish it.

Keep winning at work and in life,
