Start Monday Finishing Friday

Howdy

Happy New Week.

I have a challenge for you this week.

This is it - start Monday finishing Friday.

Here's what I mean:

Most professionals approach Monday thinking about what they need to *start*. But high performers? They think about what they need to *finish*.

The difference is profound.

When you start Monday with Friday's finish line in mind, three things happen:

  1. Your priorities become crystal clear - You can't finish what you haven't clearly defined
  2. Your energy gets focused - Every action either moves you toward completion or it doesn't
  3. Your week has momentum - Instead of building up to productivity, you start with intention

Here's your thinking frame for today:

Before you dive into Monday's tasks, ask yourself:

  • What specific outcomes do I need to deliver by Friday?
  • What would make this week a clear win?
  • What obstacles could derail my finish, and how will I navigate them?

Then reverse-engineer your week. Work backward from Friday's finish to Monday's start.

This isn't about working harder - it's about working with intention.

The professionals who consistently get noticed? They're the ones who finish what they start. They're reliable. They deliver.

Your action step: Right now, define what "finished" looks like for this week. Write it down. Then design Monday through Thursday to make Friday's finish inevitable.

Fellow Workplace Multiplier, you don't just show up to work - you show up to win.

Start Monday finishing Friday.

Keep winning at work and in life.
