The one question that reveals if you're building leverage

Think about the last big win you delivered—project completed, client closed, problem solved, whatever.

Now ask yourself this question:

"Did that win create 2–3 follow-on wins without extra effort?"

If yes, you're building leverage. That win became a catalyst.

If no, you're stuck in the isolated-wins trap. Every result requires the same heroic effort from scratch.

Here's what follow-on wins look like:

Workflow leverage: You streamlined a process. Now it saves time forever.

Ally leverage: You collaborated with someone. Now they're sending referrals or opening doors.

Visibility leverage: You shared the win publicly. Now new opportunities are finding you.

One win → multiple benefits → compounding momentum.
