I got to a stage in my career when I was beginning to define myself by the role I was occupying in the company I worked for at that time.

I couldn’t see options for myself if I wanted to step out.

But I got an epiphany.

I still remember that evening. I was all alone in the apartment - wife and kid were miles away.

The realization hit me, I am the skills I possess, not the role that I hold. This opened my mind to multiple possibilities in a wide universe of opportunities.
