During a recent training I was facilitating, someone asked, "Are you saying it would take two years to achieve mastery?"

My answer? Mastery comes when you start teaching the same principles to the people around you.

Yep. The true sign of mastery is when you start creating "disciples" through your unique approach to delivering results.

It doesn't have to be a crowd.

Just one person is a good start.

So, my question to you is this: "Who else is getting better on the job because you are getting better?"
