Staying FOCUS!

Hello,
I wrote a note to my community on WhatsApp group yesterday, and it goes thus;
Your mind contains a cybernetic, goal-seeking mechanism. Once you have programmed a target or a desire into your subconscious mind, your subconscious and your superconscious mind take on a power of their own that seems to drive and steer you inevitably toward the attainment of your goal, whatever it is.
Whatever the mind of a man can conceive and believe, it can achieve. That is the secret to unlocking your true greatness.
This morning, I spoke to myself that message was not enough if they are not consistent. so I shared a voice note with them this morning about staying focus,
using this method TAR, Trigger, Action, Reward.
You need to know your Trigger, that is what part of the day you are most active, usually the early part of the morning is such a great time to be productive after you have set your goals for the day the previous night before you sleep, this enables your subconscious to trigger your mind towards taking action next day.
Secondly, when you wake up, JUST DO IT! Excuses don't pay the bills, no matter how motivated you are, you must do the work. I recommend this video for you to understand what I am talking about Kobe Bryant's Muse, search for it online.
Lastly, reward yourself for every milestone you have achieved. I say this to people all the time, one of the reason to accomplishing your goals is to be able to tick it off, so in order for you to stay focus, get a google calendar, tick of your accomplishment everyday. Be consistent with it for 30 days, because it takes about 30 days to form a habit. Promise yourself a gift, it could be a coffee, vacation, dinner, or a special place you have never visited before, This enables your brain to look forward to more accomplishment.
