All the details are online for you to complete both of these steps by August 29. Due to city requirements, we are unable to extend this deadline, so don't miss out!

Step 2 - Return Forms

Download the Non-Vendor form or the Food Vendor form, based on your business type. Complete and email to vendors@kennedysangelgowns.org by August 29th.

Kennedy's Angel Gowns will submit all required vendor forms to the city for their review and approval.
