I am urging you to immediately reinstate Councilor Michelle Belkot to the C-Tran Board.

The Skamania County detective’s investigation makes it clear: the actions taken to remove her and install a replacement were illegal and should never have happened. The process was improper, rushed, and conducted without the transparency the law requires.

Reinstate Councilor Belkot immediately and correct this unlawful action.
