How To Add Your Organization To Our List Of Houston Community Resources

If you want to add your organization to the database of community resources on the Houston Case Managers website, we've made it easier than ever.

First, visit HoustonCaseManagers.com and then look for the link titled "Submit A Resource".

From there you'll be taken to a Google Forms page like the one below where you can tell us about your organization.

Completing the form will take no longer than 5 minutes depending on how detailed you get. That being said, the more detailed the better.

Once you've completed the Google Form it takes roughly 24 hours (or longer if my 1-year old is in a talkative mood that night) to create a specific page for your organization on the Houston Case Managers website.
