The Jazz called VISIBILITY

Hello ,

At least seven out of every 10 questions I get in my inbox, DM, email, 7 is " how do I gain visibility"?

I taught in a group on Sunday and Monday for 2hours each day { no be beans }but I had to tell them those things about growing online that only a few people will tell you.

Listen, nobody started with 1000 followers, it is always from zero then the growing process starts.

Nobody truly has it well figured out; we are learning on the job.

Everyone battles with the imposter syndrome once in a while but some have just learned how to manage it better than others.

To be just visible shouldn't be the goal because a lot of people are visible and not relevant to their ideal audience so it's as good as being invisible.

For example, a person with 30k followers will want to sell a product of 5k and nobody is buying.

Let use another scenario, when you make jokes about people or you 'break tables' you see loads of reactions, tags et al but when you make a post about buying your products or services, it seems like your followers are on vacation.

Almost everyone doing well today experienced this till they knew better so don't beat yourself so hard yet.

Let me reinforce some secrets you already know; Nobody wants to be sold to, people buy the end results and not just products.

To gain visibility and relevance, people need to know you exist and they need to be able to trust you enough to do business with you.

At times, liking you is not so important because if you are inconsistent, no matter how much they like you, they won't buy from you.

To boost your visibility, let us start with this simple assignment;

Go make a post on your timeline and ask your friends what pops up in their heads when they see your name or your post?

I will love to see the response, kindly screengrab and send it to me or tag my Facebook handle Olufunke Temiye Olushola or Instagram handle @olufunketemiye.

In their responses, you get your answer to how people see you, and if you don't like it, , change it.

Would you want to know how?

My next mail will explain this more.
