Your environment matters

Hello ,

There was a time my fingerlings were dying so quickly making all the production labor fruitless with almost just 10% survival rate from the strenuous hatching overnight.

I was so sad, angry...I was all emotions because money, time, and effort have been invested.

I had to call a guy who I know was really good in this business;

"The fishes are dying, what can I do?" I lamented on the phone

He just said, "Madam, calm down. The fishes are not the problem but it is their surrounding that is affecting them".

That got me thinking, so what is the surrounding....water.

Immediately, I went to get the treatment for the water, flushed out the old one, and refilled the tanks with the treated water and the death rate drastically reduced.

Most times, we complain about things not working in our lives, we have gone for all the seminars, taken all the courses available but still no significant change.

Have you tried weeding and treating your environment?

Your friends, your team, your workplace, etc.

The people you surround yourself with can either propel or choke growth out of your system.

At times, we have really tried to do our best but we surround ourselves with thorns that will always puncture holes or shrink our success.

Time to weed or treat your environment.

Before you starting look for who to fault for your slow process, ensure you check within first.

It has to start with you.

Wishing you an amazing new week,

Xoxo
