I woke up a bit excited today, well I really don't know but I feel so light maybe because I did some unburdening yesterday.

So many times we get our head filled up with too much information that we find ourselves so confused as to which to use or which is giving results or which is the real deal.

I can just imagine that mess and it doesn't look nice at all.

I call it information overload

I remember when I started my online business, I wanted to be in every group where I felt they had smart people even when it has nothing to do with my niche.

I ended up being in over a hundred groups where I hardly participated because they were speaking Greek in my mind [ not my niche].

Over time, I grew and I had a better understanding of the secret of growth FOCUS.

When you master the art of focus, you will focus solely on your focus and you will make a tremendous impact with speed.

Doing everything and being everywhere or being linked with everyone or thing is okay but it will drain you fast.

Learn to say no to some deals especially if they are not connected to your focus.

3 ways on how you can eliminate information overload

1. Choose what you want to focus on

When you choose your niche, it helps you align your thoughts, energy, and resources to that aspect without being scattered.

2. Choose that one person you want to learn from

Here is the deal; I know you will be wondering why one person. Well. being focused requires you to be specific.

What I will recommend is to get one person among the zillions teaching that your focus, listen to that person and you can test his/her idea with what others are saying.

When you listen to too many people, you get confused because they all have their ideology and some may even be contradicting others leaving you even more confused.

3. Rationalize your consumption and implementation rate

A lot of people consume more than they implement and that is one big problem. The ration of your implementation should be double your consumption ratio.

The implementation helps you unburden faster.
