Today is one of those days set aside to celebrate the father figures in our lives.

There is a huge different between a man who impregnates a lady and the man who nurtures the child.

Some men have lost their places in the lives of their children just because they choose to be irresponsible.

Being irresponsible is a choice not a genetic factor.

Being responsible as an man takes commitment and work; not just a pair of trousers and some few strands of beards.

Today, I choose to celebrate every man who despite the pressures of life never gave up on his family nor push his responsibility to his wife or others.

I imagine the stress of having to provide for your loved ones

The heavy loads on your shoulders that you have to bear just to ensure your family is neither hungry nor in discomfort.

The pressures

All these you do as a father, may not be appreciated enough because we see it as your responsibility or our rights but only God can truly bless all the responsible father out there.
