Having a physical shop in a market for that matter has made me understood the essence of service.

Learning to understand your target audience will help you identify your buying audience.

Teaching this first batch of GYB opened my eyes to somethings; never ever commonize the knowledge you have. I assumed certain things were basic till I realize I was speaking Greece to the participants.

I had to address the topic from the kindergarten stage to help the participants have a better understanding and make execution very easy because that is the service I promised{ clear understanding}

And yes, they were so happy with how I made the topic simple and relatable.

As a trainer or teacher or coach or business owner, you are called to serve not to boss your students/clients.
