2. No business plan: a business plan is like a manual for your business. it contains your vision and your mission for that business. without a business plan, you will just do things anyhow.
3. Partnering with any kind of investor: be careful of who you partner with. some investors are only interested in grabbing the profits and not genuinely concerned about the welfare of the business.
4. Hiring too soon/ hiring the wrong person: ensure you know the capacity of the company before you hire. Do not hire out of sentiment because it will weigh your company down. Hire based on qualification and ensure you utilize the manpower available to you before thinking of hiring more.
5. Doing everything alone: Learn to delegate. Trying to do everything can be stressful and result in being busy and not being productive.
