I know building a business is not easy especially in this part of the world but that is not enough excuse to stop you because people are still building their businesses and making money daily.

Building a successful business involves a whole lot of strategies and delegation.

You need a working structure and a vision conscious team.

90% of the time, the path carved for your team is a reflection of your mindset because you can not know beyond what you are exposed to.

businesses suffer because the owners are either too comfortable with yesterday's success and forget anything can change today and there is room for overtaking.

Here are a few things I will like to share with you.

• Be focus: being focus will help you understand your business better instead of being carried away by what others are doing that looks glamorous you don't want to know the things they mask.

Wealth building has a process and if the process is not in place, you can never sustain it.

• Understand your supply chain and strive to manage it efficiently. Don't just buy products or manufacture products because you feel it will sell. Do your background check, understand the shelf-life of these products, understand the worth in the market, learn how to up-sell it, learn the alternatives it is competing within the market, know the products that can compliment it.

• Ensure you are creating a solution to a need not just selling a product or service. If you can see it as a solution and market it from that angle, you will be able to compel people with that specific need to buy it.

• Have a relationship with your customers as well as your staff.
• 
  
• Always have a budget for marketing, awareness is key in business.
• 
  
• If your business involves delivery, ensure the nuts on the heads of the logistic people are well screw but a bad logistic can ruin all your efforts.
