Having a business is a great idea but a lot of people forget that there are strategies for keeping the business running.


The two major strategies are Awareness and Customer service.


Your business can not make any significant progress if it is not known. Even if you have the best products or services and nobody knows you exist, you are wasting your time.


Now, they know you but you lack good customer relationship [zero customer relationship] your business will not last.


So, how do you create a good rapport with your customers?

  • Listen carefully to the client
  • Smile
  • Never assume you know
  • Allow the client to express themselves
  • Respect their opinion
  • Put yourself in their shoes
  • Show them care
  • Respond from a positive angle
  • Understand your customer's priorities
  • Take it up personally


The buying customer is not only a king but should be treated as such.
