In trying to remain sane and coordinated, I decided to send a mail per week for now.

Been under the weather but I just need to keep showing up for you, for my business, and for me as well.

People around me don't understand why I need to keep showing up despite my health but I need to practice what I teach and not just give out instructions I barely follow.
