,

I know that I normally do just a weekly update, but I have finally set up a couple of events that you are first to hear about because you on the "list" (not a fan of that word, but I'm stumped as to how to label the group messages).

Webinar

First, I will be doing a Demystifying OSHA compliance webinar on May 24 at 9 am EST to 1 pm EST. It will give you some good information on:

  • What's coming up for OSHA compliance
  • OSHA recordkeeping (OSHA is about to change the electronic recordkeeping rules back to submitting 300, 301, and 300a forms each year in March)
  • Written program compliance
  • Training compliance

I've partnered with Frontline Data Solutions to help promote their services for streamlining EHS projects and Safety Management System (SMS) activities. So, here is what FDS does for clients:

  • Streamline and automate workflows
  • Management of Change
  • Incident Management
  • Corrective Actions
  • Learning Management System (LMS) for compliance training
  • Contractor Safety Management
  • Industrial Hygiene Management
  • Process Safety Management
  • COVID-19 Tracking & Response

The reason that I saw value in working with Frontline data (I even interviewed the CEO on my podcast), is to help reduce the regulatory burden that I know is about to get worse with OSHA.

As promised, I'm doing my 2nd Annual Safety Consultant 101 workshop for those looking to become a consultant or to up your consultant game! I have not let anyone else know as yet, but I will at the end of next week. The picture above tells you what we will go over.

I will do it like last year and make it both learning and doing sessions. You will leave the event with "right now" information and resources. It will be July 19 from 12:30pm -5pm CDT.
